At Rainbow Glass Productions we have a very high standard for the work that we put out. Each piece is made by our own hands with love and careful attention to detail. We will always send out work that we feel is our very best. Since each piece is made by hand, there may be a slight variation in size, shape, or color.

Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with the piece that you receive, we are always happy to exchange something for you. We want you to love what you buy! Please contact us within 7 days upon arrival of your purchase to discuss the issue you had with your piece. The buyer is responsible for shipping the original item back as well as the replacement item. All sales are final, we do not accept returns.

Damaged Items

If your piece arrives has been broken during shipment, you must contact us within 48 hours upon the arrival of your purchase. If you receive something that is broken we request that you leave all of the packing material and broken piece in the manor that they arrived in, you must send us a picture of the broken piece with all of the packing materials in order for us to evaluate the condition of the package when it arrived. Without this proof it is possible that we may not accept an exchange. We put extra time and care into packaging our products, so it is rare that something arrives broken.
